Arsim pursued his passion for international business through management consultancy roles before undertaking his MBA at Royal Holloway. He then set up his own Consultancy company CapM Limited to provide advice in International Business. To date Arsim has provided consultancy advice to the Government of Kosovo, Government of South Korea and major private sector companies in UK and Europe. He is currently providing consultancy to Airbus Defence and Space, South Korea Ministry of Business and many other large conglomerates in Capture Planning and Management, lobbying with Customers, bidding for major contracts and leading projects that enable developing countries to put key infrastructure in place for long term economic security.
